Nurse Lifeline (NLL) is a telephone support service and helpline run by nurses for nurses. This document is relevant to all nurses working in the UK and aims to support the work of volunteers on the helpline, by providing essential information across four areas of practice –
reflection, suicide, safeguarding and supervision.
